Hey, just wondering if this in fact a Hoggy, and regardless what size can I expect him to be if he’s 1 year and two months old and this size (about 34")

Looks like a hog to me. My male is a little over 2 years and around 4’. If he is a male he could grow to 6’. I’ve seen pics of female hogs that were almost 8’ long.

I’d say yes, Hogg Island. He is light and pale much like Hogg Islands are. If he were a normal, everyday Columbian Red tail, he would be much darker.

Alright,
I’m guessing some of you may not know much about the Hogg Island Boas. They are similar to Red Tails but the colors are much lighter and they are paler. Here are pictures to show the difference.

The boa pictured by the OP is to light to be a normal, red tail boa. He is light which is why I say yes, it is in fact a Hogg Island.

It’s looks like a Hog to me, although it could also be a Hog cross.
