Amazon tree boa Can tou post better pics of your enclosure? What are your humidity levels and temps? Needs to be around 80% humidity and 80 - 85 deg hot side with basking temp of 90 and mid to upper 70’s. A big percentage of feeding issues are from improper husbandry and/or stress, possibly from overhandling. You can try scenting your mice with lizards it helps sometimes if your snake is a wild caught, but I would address any husbandry issues first.

Amazon tree boa Very well could be handling, general rule of thumb is to give any new animal atleast a week to get used to their new surroundings. Try slacking the handling back a bit and if nothing changes cut the handling out all together until it starts to eat regularly. Good luck

Amazon tree boa My red tail usually wont eat when in shed, or up until about 2 - 3 days after. The lizard thing, and not handling work well, but I also understand the point about wanting to try and tame it down. Some other things off the top of my head, are you feeding f/t or live and what was it eating before you got it?, when are you feeding it? Usually cb atb’s are aggressive eaters, but they also are most active at night. This is why handling should be done during the day, at night they become crazy and are in "hunt" mode. Feeding at night, although it has a higher chance of a bite occuring from a feeding response, seems to work well for them. And just like the "feeding a snake outside of container makes it not think food is coming when it opens.." if you feed at night the same can happen where they know food is coming when it’s darker, perhaps preventing a bite in the day. I dont know if that would work, but good luck getting the snake to eat.
