Question How big do dumeril’s boas get because some websites have said 5-7 feet and some said 7-9 feet. It seems to change by at least a foot every time I look a different place. If someone could help me out that would be great thanks.

Question The average size of a full grown dumerils is about 5 ft., but as with anything, you will find exceptions, there have been dumerils recorded as large as 9 ft. long. As far as rats or rabbits, I’m not quite sure on that one, but I do know, red tails will move up to rabbits. Hope this helped a little.

Question Well, since I know a breeder who breeds both Boas and Dumeril Boas and pythons, on her site she says she has a male that is 6 feet and a female that is 8 feet. Her site says their max is 11 feet but they are usually smaller. So I’d say that they’d range from 6-9 feet. They’ll probably only eat large rats full grown, depending on how big your specific animal gets.
Here is the link to her site and you can read it for yourself ( you will have to scroll down a bit)
