Most boas are going to outgrow a 10 gallon tank fairly quickly but it depends on what type of boa you get and how big it is to start with.

Baby Nicaraguans, Caulker Cay, Corn Island, Panamanian, etc boas are small and won’t out grow a small tank as fast as a Colombian, Suriname, Argentine, or Guyanan.

If you get an ’09 Peruvian Bcc, it will probably be 24" long already. Peruvians are big babies to start with.

You might go to the show and see a 3 foot boa you like better than a neonate, in which case a 10 gallon tank is too small.

I won’t be able to go to the Columbia show this weekend....otherwise I’d try and sell ya one of my baby Nics.

Amie
