Help,I think my rosie boa hurt itself!

My Rosie Boa struck at a mouse and missed she hit her glass habitat really hard leaving a scab on her nose, this was about a month ago and since she has been feeding well, but the other day she did it again and now is not able to catch the mouse i took her out.today and noticed she keeps opening her mouth like trying to reset her jaw i got very concerned tonight when i took her out of her habitat i notice the bottom side of her neck right behind the head is like bloated like a big lump but then the lump will go away and come back every 2 minutes or so,she keeps opening her mouth and the lump will re appear almost like air or something im worried she is injured really bad is this like a healing process or should i take her to the vet stat? any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I think it’s vet time. It’s hard to say, but that just doesn’t sound normal.
