Got a pr. of Northern Pines

Albino is the male "Jag"
Normal is the female "Mercedes"


















I never knew they hissed that loud.

Enjoy the hissing while it lasts; if you spend time with them they’ll end up embarrassingly tame. Great species. Those albino eyes creep me out, but I’ll admit his skin coloration’s nice. Overall I like Mercedes better though.

Thanks, Mercedes is mine. Jags eyes aren’t that bad in person. But his pics make him look evil!!LOL
That’s good to know they get "embarrassingly" tame. That’s what I want. Any thing else to know about them? What is their ideal temp? Overall they are sweet snakes so far.

We paid $120.00 for Jags. And $70.00 for Mercedes. I got them from a show in MD. Rick Kremrine’s babies. They are Northern Pines. And they are so sweet.

You said that both are Northern pines right? Because that albino pine looks like a Albino Sonora gopher snake. Check the tail, its the exact pattern as mine. Im not an expert by any means but ive never seen a pine with those patterns of purple and orange.
