My gopher snake has impregnated my 2 corns peat moss!! Yes i have a big bowl of peat moss. I have it left over from making the 1st egg box for the 5 eggs laid by the original litter (or whatever you call it) that’s the mom that has the 3 eggs stuck in her potentially anyways. You see she laid 5 of them and then just stopped we waited for quite a while like 48 hrs and we at that time didn’t have the tip about the Peat moss, box, and all of that that we got from a breeder on the net. Then when we got the info we did it that night48 = 12 hrs, the eggs went into the box and it was put behind the refrigerator, with the atomic clock thermostat that goes outside your house to read the indoor and outdoor temperature’s, that was my idea of an emergency temp control. well then 1 week past it was the 17th Friday, I think and then another week or almost a week past and then we come to last night. I was on the Internet searching to see if i could find out anything about her not having the 3 eggs now for quite awhile and I noticed literally out the corner of my eye, the other cage there the 2ND corn snake was and she was bulging out of control. within like 3 min. i watched her have the 1st of 9 now and still counting, right now looks like quite a few more? I have no idea. Meanwhile the 1st snake is still laying there going into labor contractions just enough so that I think she’s going to finally have them and then she stops, it has been going like that the whole time since she originally stopped. I have stayed by her side like 2 nights I think now maybe 3 (she seems to keep going if I stay here) on the computer? I think I got the whole peat in a box thing, I can fine tune that later with the eggs, but I am really worried about her having those eggs in her for so long now 17Th. to 31st. seems like a ridiculously long time to me from what I know about animal’s this is really starting to not look good? Does anyone know about this exact situation? or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! thank you sixty4oz2

what you might try is letting her swim in a bath tub, trust me thats what we did with my corn when she was having problems, it relaxed her and she laid more eggs
