 What have I here??

I got this beautiful so called SNOW bull snake in Oct/Nov of 08....

You know the story ... store goes under..... gives away the animals to those who can best care dfor them...etc. The folks in Utah got tired of all 6 snakes they got and asked me to take some corns and whatever else they offered .

I was one lucky **** to get this 1 in the transaction...
As i pop in and out of reptile stores I saw the term Bull X Pine snake....looked very similar

Inquiring minds want to know .... your comments are always welcome.....

Thanks

Cp

I don’t know what your snake is, other than that it is a splendid animal. I see he is at home in your office chair; how technically savvy is he? Can he do file management or play WOW?

 What have I here??

I am really hoping it is one of the larger bull species... it is about 48-50" and it is growing quite quickly compared to when I received it ....

The girth is increasing quite a bit ... this will be his third shed, ...as he is now blue in his black eyes...

His temperment is just as sweet as the corns ... but when he is hungry ...I approach with the back of my hand ... just until he smells the difference and feed out of the cage... in a seperate tank. He gets a bit jumpy .... and has launched himself half way over the edge of the enclosure when excited .... lol...

Considering his activity levels he is a road runner compared to the corns ... I like that ... but he is not one to sit still in the sun in the back yard much .... more like a racer ...jeeez ... have to run almost to keep up.

Thnx for the kind comments

Link
He looks like a ghost bull snake.
About growing fast, pituophis tend to do that! My three gopher snakes are a joy to feed, unlike some of my little kings (although everybody does eat eventually.)

The bull you have is definitely a ghost, and possibly an ivory.

An ivory is essentially the same as a ghost (hypo whitesided) but much more white.

Your’s is STUNNING!

Well thanks for the suggestion ... The eyes are jet black ...so I think that rules out the albino. But the bull x pine / ghost seems to be about right.
