 A new wall idea

My son had to build a volcano for school. Ours made the top grade in the whole school. I want to use the same method for the rock wall. I need to know what you think about the safety of this idea before I start on it.

Insulation styrofoam sheets. (it was pink, from the hardware store, made almost like styrofoam, but more durable, less messy. about 11$ a sheet) Apoxy is the only way to glue it, nothing else worked. When the design is finished, acrylic paint for colors, then several coats, of Modge Podge (i think thats what it was called), then a few coats of polyeurethane spray paint.

The volcano was water resistant, light weight, and very durable. We still have it after two years, and still fascinate spectators in the front yard with the way it works.

Do you think this is a safe idea?? I know it’s strong enough, and won’t flake or chip. And the fact that it’s lightweight will matter, since I’m going to add it to the cage he’s already in. I know to let it air out for a long time first. Don’t want fumes to be a problem.

hey mosh ignore this billnye clown. I don’t know what that hodge podge or whatever u called it is but if itsnon toxic I don’t see why it won’t work... why not just use grout?

if your just goin to be rude then dont answer. People work hard t keep this site nice and freindly for eople of all ages. Perhaps a little more time seeing how everyone on the site act will help. first of all read the posta few times to know what they are saying, then nicelky state advise. If you have nothing helpful to say then dont say it. It’s called common sense.
