 How Long Does It Take A Cage To Air Out?

So how long does it take a glass cage to air out from the use of harsh chemicals?

I ask because I just bought a used caging unit and had to use Goof-Off 2 (the water-based, safer version of Goof-Off) to remove some old grime, velcro, adhesive, all that kinda stuff from the glass. After removing all that stuff, I washed out the cage with Healthy Habitat, but I know I should still let it air out. The ingredients in Goof-Off 2 are Ethylene glycol n-butyl ether (111-76-2) and Propanol.

I just want to know how long I should let the cages air out before re-cleaning with Healthy Habitat and setting up the enclosures. Thanks!

You should be able to clean it again and it’ll be fine. Glass doesn’t hold onto stuff like wood would.
