 How do you.....

build a tank out of wood and not have it bubble or warp. because i want to build a tank for something that needs 100%ish humidity. any ideas?

polyurethane or some type of epoxy(not the glue).

you could probably cut all the pieces first .
then coat all the pieces with varnish , or even resin( all sides and edges).
then assemble them , and caulk all joints with a good silicone caulking
you have to make the door seal when it closes too.

I’d use (and I have used) West Systems epoxy resin, its designed for sealing boats, mostly marine boats to my knowledge. They have a couple different kinds, the one I use is the 105 epoxy resin with the 205 hardener. I have talked to one of the reps for the company and he said after it cures its completely inert. Its not cheap but its works awesome.
