Gluing wood to glass what type of glue would be good for that? I’m gluing a half log hide to the side of the tank. I have aquarium sealant but I’m not so sure that will hold.

Gluing wood to glass
Hey, for my crested Geckos, i used glue from my glue gun and it worked great! That glue gets really hot so make sure they are not in there.

Gluing wood to glass I believe any glue is fine as long as you let it dry. I could be wrong but anything that is non toxic will be fine, once it is dried

Gluing wood to glass I think hot glue is probably the worst possible adhesive you could have names. And, since there are no rough surfaces in glass for the adhesive to seep into, how is it supposed to hold? You really need to make a frame, place the panels around the glass, and hold the corners together with screws.

Gluing wood to glass Well glue from a gun is what i used, and it’s been holding it since i’ve had them , about a year now. I wouldn’t use it for reptiles with heat lamps but for the crested geckos it worked great!

Gluing wood to glass clear silicone is your best bet. or they make exopy for use with glass. just make sure to let both of them gas off.
