Lokking to build some cages custom cages for my tegus and bearded dragons so ppl help me out thanks

It’s easy.

1. Build a frame.
2. Get glass/pexiglass/acrylic cut to size, I.E. all four sides and bottom.
3. Frame a frame to fit over the top, and use wire mesh for screen lid.

Or..

You could build the cage all plywood, be sure to seal it of course, and just put a glass hinged door of the front of the tank. Either so it opens upward, or downward. Or you could get a couple rolling tracks, so that it slides up. You’ll have to think of a way to make it lock open though.. You also still might want to consider doing a screen top for lights etc, unless you’re going to make the tank big enough to have them on the inside..

Custom cages are nice. Especially when you have the money and the tools to build one. You can also build them as long, tall, and deep as you want. I think I will go build one now lol

I have an amazing one that I have to get rid of that I really don’t want to sell, but I have to and to someone who will appreciate it and take good care of it because this one is a winner.
