 Enclosure upgrade

Thank you to everyone who helped me with the ideas!

I covered two sides of his enclosure with sky blue wrapping paper. I added more vines and spread out the other ones. He has a basking basket (which he may or may not use!) I made more hides for him. The one in the middle has the entrance on top. It is a basket for hanging plants. The walls are natural coconut fiber, will also help hold humidity. I put a black plastic step stool (I love the Dollar Store) in the enclosed corner and propped it up a bit on his hide. It makes a dark, but more open hide. I made sure to leave the tops of his warm and cool hides open for him because that is where he usually basks if he does. I also made sure he could see well out of the front of the enclosure. He likes to check out what is going on.

Here is a picture of the old, boring enclosure.

Here is the upgraded enclosure.

Cool side.

Warm side.

I realize my temps are a little low. I had the top off and was moving stuff around. They should be back in range shortly.

Next project is going to be an out of enclosure climbing tree with a couple hides in it so he can get some exercise when I am doing things in my room that don’t involve me being able to have him on the bed with me or around my shoulders.
