Very nice set up, wont last him for life but its simular to his native habitat in shallow creek rock beds.......

I can’t really tell, is that a trigonatus or a palebrosus? Nice tank.

Trigonatus. The pictures of him could have been better but I don’t like to mess him. When I get a chance I’ll get some better shots.

On the deep end its about 5 inches but he doesnt like to spend too much time down there. He likes to stay in the shallow side. From what i’ve heard/read most Paleosuchus like shallow water. They like to be able to easly keep their feet on ground well in water and dont swim to much, they mostly walk while in the water. I would say give him a deeper area and shallow areas.

Im in no way a expert, this is just what i’ve heard and my experience. If ur guy/girl likes deep water it will be fine but you should give it a shallow option too. Good luck =)
