 Buying a dwarf caiman

I am looking into buying a dwarf caiman at a petshop. He looks perfectly healthy, however from a closer look, the caiman seems to be missing a claw.

Is it okay to purchase it? Caimans in my country command a high price, hence iam considering. There is only one caiman available.

Any dwarf caiman owners have this missing claw thing? pls advice

Claw? The Whole foot or just a nail?

Ive seen many of caimans missing toes even whole feet and they live on fine. If your gonna give him a good home I say buy it. My animals are not well cared for in pet stores and you never know what retard is gonna walk in and say "hey, that thing looks cool" and buys it and it lives in a 3 foot tub its whole life.

If your prepaired for a caiman buy it. Missing feet/toes even nails aint a problem. Caimas are a hardy animal and they can deal with it fine.
