My cat wont shut up 
my siamese is about 2 years old and cries non stop! She has regular vet visits and her health is fine. A week ago I came home from work and she had been outside all afternoon, she must have snuck out when my brother left for work. Every since then anytime there is an open door or something she just sits there and meows so loud and for hours. Shes fixed so she couldnt have met a boy cat...i live in the country and there arent any around anyway. She was a 450 dollar cat and she def will not be an outside one. Does anyone here have a siamese that cries like crazy? I had one growing up that would in the morning sometimes but not like this.

My kitty is half siamese. She cries a lot, but only since we had to take our other cat back to PAWS. She didn’t like him at all because he played non-stop and was way bigger than her, but I think she misses someone being here when we’re not. Maybe you’re cat is lonely.

I know of Two (Or three Can’t remember) Siamese cats that cry a lot. I’ve never seen a cause of it, they just cry, lol.

Did you have her spayed? It sounds to me like she’s in heat and trying to find a mate. If not it could just be something she’s decided to do...I have two very vocal cats and they both, once in a while, will just sit and cry. It’s generally a cry for attention.
You could consider getting another cat, she could just want a playmate.

When I was growing up my mom had a siamese cat that would cry a lot too.Siamese are very vocal and they like to cry!!! btw vxvixen02-I am in PA too!

Siamese are famous talkers. It is what they do. There is no rhyme or reason needed. LOL. You should see them in a show hall. There the loudest cats there. They can be a bit nuts at time as well. Belive it or not these are often the quirks that lead people to want this breed. So when ever she acts nut or talks non stop just remember it is a slinky thing.
