 Help , wats wrong with her?
K so I look at my cats face (she is normally cross eyed) But this time her eyes were looking to the side but both her eyes were looking in different direction like one eye was looking left and the other was looking right. then my mom was trying to check the color of her teeth last night when she finally realized wat I was talking about with her eyes (ps. she used to be very hyper but now she just sleeps on a bed and doesn’t move even when I talk to her or say come here fen) and she was checking her teeth and when she was looking at her whole right side of her mouth I looked at her eyes and the right one had clear pink stuff coming out of it, she also has diarriah, about a week ago she was pooping blood so many things, also she used to meow whenever she seen me or heard me going down the stairs but now she hasn’t meowed in a week, can someone tell me wats wrong with her and tell me wat to do about it. I love her so much and if I was to loose her like I did my other cat mittens I wouldn’t know wat to any more,she is a part of ,my heart and I love her, she is always in my mind where ever I am fenway is always in my mind. So please help and reply .

Why haven’t you seen a vet yet?
Strangeness with the direction and focus of the eyes usually indicates a neurological problem or brain damage. If it is crapping blood and such, there is obviously something seriously wrong with it and the vet should have been seen already.

well its my parents I am not old enough to drive yet and I have been telling them to call but they keep ssaying I will I will and they either forget or it’s too late at night to call but I am gonna make them call tonight because of that problem, I didn’t know that all that stuff lead to brain damage, man if my cousin did this to her ooooooo I will be so mad at him , he always is near my cat and yeah, he gets rough with cats and they try to run but he follows ooooooo it drives me crazy! I will get her to a vet a.s.a.p. I promise!

well its not that my parents forget its just that they are waiting for my dads check, and its that we are just waiting for the money , I just put that last post without asking why they haven’t taken her to the vet so yeah its just that they are waiting for my dads check, so I wasn’t trying to make my parents seem like bad parents they just are waiting for my dads check, so they are not bad parents at all, they are really awsome , why do you think I have so many animals lol! So I will keep you posted and tell you what the vet says, I will hope that we can get my dads check and Fenway in the vet A.S.A.P! I promise she will be to the vet this week !

Sounds like something neurological, maybe a stroke. She definitely needs to see a vet. You can see if there is a vet that will let you make payments instead of one lump fee also. You can also call your local humane society and see if they have any suggestions about vet care and costs. If your parents cannot afford to treat the cat it might be best to put her to sleep. I know you love your kitty but if she’s suffering that would be the best if she can’t have medical attention. Your parents are bad parents just victims of a tough economic climate.
As for your cousin, I would let your parents know what a menace he is to your animals. And his parents too. This kind of cruelty cannot be tolerated.

we got her in for tomorrow at 9:30 am ,and she will be able to see the vet soon, and we got my dads check today, and I just told my mom about how rough he is with Fenway and Fluffy, and she is no talking to him, so Yeah I will tell u guys wat the vet says ! Thank you guys soooooooo much for your help , I am very greatful for this website. It helps me so much! I will keep u updated!

well they took some tests and the tests they first took were Lucemia and distemper , she was negative on those which is excellent! But they also don’t know whats wrong with her, they said she is definitely dehydrated because she Wouldn’t’t eat or drink very much and so they gave her fluids to rehydrate her and they gave us some antibiotics for her so she will feel better and some other thing for her eyes, so they said to also feed her can food or tuna if she will eat it and I just Fed her some can food, so they also told my parents that if she is not feeling better by Monday to bring her in. So yeah, she is actually doing better, thank goodness, but they don’t know whats wrong with her which is crazy! they tried every tests they could think of(well I think all that they could think of) and they still don’t know whats wrong with her. But when we got there and the vet came in I was holding her and she said she’s got Siamese in her ha ha, she does. But she also said that she is definitely sick, but they don’t know whats wrong, so hopefully the antibiotics help her and she returns to my normal , playful,little mischievous, little girl. Lol! So I will still keep you updated.
I really Appreciate everyone’s help! It has helped me alot! Ps. I am soooo glad my kitty is feeling better , sorry just had to share that, lol!

i’m glad to hear that she went to the vet and she’s doing better. hopefully this is all she needs to get better for good. my siamese mix got REALLY sick one time and the vet couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him either. but fluids and meds made him all better. if she’s not better by monday, they might want to run some other bloodwork on her. good luck, hope she just keeps getting better.

Glad to here the news about your kitty. Hopefully the mystery will be solved with the fluids and the meds. I too have had a sick cat, the vet didn’t know what it was but after receiving a shot and taking antibiotics she got well and good as new.

Is your kitty up to date on vaccines? It could be a common upper respiratory. Either way, be sure she’s up to date as soon as she’s healthier.
Also, how old is she? It’s possible it could be something like FIP. Did the vet mention this?
Glad she saw a vet and I hope she continues to improve!

she is doing great and she has been playing with our other cat! but we had to call the vet the other day b cause she wouldn’t eat so they told us to get rice and baby food and feed it 2 her nd she has been eatting really good now! and she is even eatting hard food again! so yeah the medicine and the vet helped really well. so she is doing great!

Poop in the stools means blood in the digestive tract somewhere. This can be caused by many things.
If you use too large of a dose of a topical flea medication, this could cause both neurological and bleeding problems. If she is indoor/outdoor, she could have gotten a mouse that had been poisoned by someone else or drank some anti freeze dripping from someones automobile. So many different things it could be. (If you ever see green fluid leaking from a car, hose it off the sidewalk and clean it up immediately. It tastes very sweet to cats and dogs and kills hundreds of thousands of them annually)
Glad the vet ruled out Lukemia, and that she is drinking and eating again!

Fenway Fresca Bright turned the wrong way she has just been put to sleep Yesterday at 11:40 pm, Her birthday was May 19, 2008 she past away May 16, 2009, three days before her birthday, idk y she couldn’t wait until she was one, but it was better for her to go yesterday. She couldn’t stand,walk, drink, or eat . I know we did the right thing, it’s just that it was so hard letting her go. R.I.P. Fenway Fresca Bright;(

i am truly sorry for your loss of your beloved kitty.
i had to put one of my cats down last may, it’s been almost a year and i still miss him horribly, enough to cry about sometimes.
you did the right thing though as a responsible pet owner and instead of letting her suffer you put her to sleep. concentrate on the fun you had with her and what a good pet she was to you. when you get sad think about the positive things.
