 Wierd question
my momma cat had 6 babies a lil over a week ago ago..
we went out of town this weekend , i checked on her befour we left and one baby didnt look so good. they were 1 week old the day we left. when we got back, the one that looked sick is missing.. i have them all in a spare bathroom, so she couldnt have brought it anywhere.. i have searched the entire bathroom..guess what im asking, is does the mommma cat eat the kittens that die when they are that age?i know when they are younger or miscarry they will but a week old baby? any help please, i am totally stunned at this.

Hey! The same thing happened to me, too- If the kitten was truely sick, then the momma would have eaten it, yes, or just killed it, so you may find a little body somewhere. Hope that helped

thank you very much.. i figure if the lil body is in there sooner are later it will start to smell.. gross but thats what im waiting on..gives whole new meaning to eatting your young. maybe i should threaten my kids with it....lol
