The two of them wont stop fighting he is a lot stronger then she is but she will stand up to him. One day she got on his back and started to bit the back of his head is this a case of her just being horny and he wont put out for her or am i going to have to seperate them please help i dont want any think to happen to them.

1. SEPARATE THEM IMMEDIATELY. The first and foremost rule of cham keeping. Did you not do any research or consult any chameleon care sheets before you bought them (or even after)??
Your female will absolutely die, and soon, unless she is moved to her own separate habitat. (And at this point, she may die anyway. She doesn’t look good)
They should not even be in eyesight of each other, at this point.

2. Lose the substrate. Paper towels or nothing is suitable for chams. They are arboreal. They don’t need substrate. It’s just a conduit for bacteria, mold and possible ingestion and impaction.

3. Lose the night light. Chams are diurnal. That means they have day/night cycles like us. No light at night.

4. Lose the waterfall. Just another conduit for introducing bacteria, fungus, mold into your enclosure, and usually chams won’t drink from them. They will however, defecate in them. And crickets will drown in a couple seconds in them.

5. The wattage of your basking light is totally immaterial. What are the actual TEMPS generated by the light at their usual basking point? You may be inadvertently cooking them inside a glass enclosure (or is it only glass on 2 sides & screen on 2 sides?) with a 75-watt. You must take an accurate reading of the temps.
All members of B. Fischeri family are montane, so even basking temps need to be kept on the cool side.

6. Your Fischer’s are most likely WC, so probably imported with a host of invisible problems already. Internal parasites, dehydration, stress, starvation being only the tip of the ailment iceberg, so to speak. Your female’s feet were likely damaged during capture, or at any other point along the horrendous importation "highway" to your house, by viciously ripping her from a perch. The black on her nails & feet could be indicative of dead tissue/possible sepsis.
A vet visit for both of them is necessary.

Thank you Lunac for the help i will do what you advise. I moved him out and changed the substrate no more night light and the water fall is gone the temp at the basking spot is at 75 F but the cool side is about 65 f to 70 f is this OK. How should i give the drinking water is a disk on the ground OK or should i put it in the trees. I’m in Ireland so it can get very cold over here mainly at night. The two of them where given to me by a friend that did not want them any more he did not tell me much about them all happened so quick.

You dont need a water dish...you need to mist them VERY heavily 2-3 times a day...
Do some research...

If you even consider a dish of water you can not have done much research. Thera are an article (i think) on fischeri on www.chameleonnews.com
READ, their lives depend on it. No joke.

In fact, I’m asking how the female is doing, yet the picture doesnt appear to show a female - the female would have much smaller ’horns’ .....
