I think my girl is egg bound-how do i know?

i’ve used the cricket dust for a little bit and was told by a pet store that i get the crickets from, that i should use the calcium and i think its d3 or d4 supplement..... i dust the crickets everyday with that stuff... when i first got her from my friend, she had an swollen eye and was then told she had a vitamin difficency, so that’s why the pet store recommended the calcium supplement.... the swelling went away after a bit.... so i figured it was a vitamin problem....

but i talked to my friend recently and he told me that when he had her, he would put the sand and dirt in her cage on the one end so she could just lay them in the cage instead of taking her out.... but he also said he never actually saw her laying the eggs or found any after cleaning her cage.... so i dont know if i should try doing that or not.... maybe she would feel more comfortable in her own setting instead of moving her around... she doesn’t like to be touched or picked up at all..... so i try not to stress her out too much with moving her around.....

her cage by the way is a really tall and wide glass one that used to have sliding glass doors on the front, but i took those out and replaced them with sliding screen doors for more air flow and circulation.... lots of branches and fake leafy plants... i do use a UVB light and replace that every 6 months... (something else the pet store said was to replace that light after about a year to keep the UVB new.. i wasn’t sure that was true, but i didn’t want to risk it)... she has a basking spot that is about 75-80 degrees.... sometimes on a hotter day it can get up to about 85-90 and at that time i turn it off for a little bit so she doesn’t get too hot.....

i spray down everything in her cage with a spray bottle a few times a day.... 2-3 times depending on how hot it is in my house....

im wondering if i made a dirt and sand mound on one side of her cage, surround it with plants, and put towels around her cage for some privacy, if that would maybe help her feel more comfortable...

she was in such bad shape when i got her and since then there has been major improvements... i just don’t know if im doing enough to help her..... i don’t know what else i should do....
