Nosy Be Female?
In July I purchased a Nosy Be chameleon hoping to have a vibrant blue male. Its been a few months, and I have yet to see any blue colouring, so I’m assuimngs its a female. When I first got it it was normaly a greyish colour, but now it’s starting to be more orangeish most of the time. Shes usualy a pale beige colour, with darker orange or green markings on her side. Is this normal colouring for a female nosy be? I’ll try to attach a picture of what she looked like when I got her and now. Thanks! |

when I took that 2nd picture she was a bit stressed because I was vaccuming so maybe she was just puffing up because she was scared? Either way, I put a nesting box filled with dirt/sand at the bottom of her cage at all times if she ever needs it. |
