 Question

Hey i have a few questions.

I have been researching a lot about chameleons (veiled).

Im wondering are they really as difficult of a pet?

For owners have you developed a plan/schedule/strategy to take care of you chameleon?

If you handle the chameleon every once and a while when its young will it begin to get used to being held. My old friend had chameleons they were fully grown adults and he would hold them and they had no problem.
I will have plenty of time to care for a chameleon.
I have a gecko. So thats some experience with reptiles. I have also had many many different pets i cared for.

bear in mind that keeping any cham is not like keeping a beardie or a gecko, and entering into it without first learning what is required is likely to lead to the demise of the animal , one of the best places for anyone to start regardless of species is http://raisingkittytheveiledchameleon.blogspot.com/ also to get an idea of what handling chams is like screameleons has recently produced a 3 part video on handling of chams (the videos use panthers but there are many similarities) part1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Wjd_w-j5QI part2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHotMBtyVec part3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccjBhJlKpy4
