 Panther other cams temperment

I currently have a veiled but am getting more interested in maybe picking up a Panther (male). I was wondering what kind of temperments they have? Actually looking for some scale comparisions...example out these which have better temperments...jacksons, veileds, panthers???

The question raises more questions. Why does this interest you?

A chameleons temper should not really affect how you think about them, since you should never be in contact with them anyway. Ive had snakes that you could hardly handle without hooks and snakes that you could do anything with without defensive traits; I handle them equally often, a handful times a year...

I think in general calyptratus would be considered the more defensive of the two species, but I dont see that it would make ANY difference in your ability to care for them. If you feel comfortable getting a panter, go for it. They are all great lizards.

Good luck

I understand your concern about their temperament, because I believe the temper can effect your choice of owning a reptile or not.
I do not own a Nile monitor because I know they are powerful and can be aggressive. Hence I do not own this animal because I do not feel comfortable enough to handle it or properly take care of it. It is a your choice, I do not like owning something I cannot feel comfortable around.
As far a temperament goes I do believe the Veiled Cham.s are more defensive than the panthers. Just keep in mind no chameleon likes to be held.
