Egg Question? not experienced with eggs yet but i can tell you to let her lay them in a damp moist part of the cage ( you have to keep it moist) then carifully pick them up and dont turn them at all, and put them in the incubator. of course id rcommend going to suncharmers.com, she has an extensive info. on what to do...

Egg Question?
OK! I would say your best bet with eggs is this!set up a small cave or box or place to lay the eggs/using---sand /vermiculite/moistened dirt!!!then and thats only if the eggs were fertilized in the first place!~* then you can get set and ready to grab and move eggs hopefully dirrectly after they were laid!you have up to a few hours to move them with small amounts of turning :however after that they definately should not be turned (because the embryo sticks to one side of the egg/turning means death to the embryo")Now if to this piont you’re successful you can incubate them proffessional incubators are the best way to go however good farmers have grown prize chickens from homemade incubators//as well as great looking Collards!temps are important/humidity is really important and last but not least and how much time it takes ! well good luck I hope they hatch cause nothing is more fun than baby collard lizards!send pics when you do!! later Chip!
