I have a question for you? do you soak your collards?????I guess what I’m really asking is what is your recipe for water and humidity??cause the way I see anybody who can keep a collard alive and healthy for longer than six months is oviously diong something right /so I ’ld like to know your whole recipe like
how much do you feed your lizards and how often????what kind of lighting do you use???have you run into any trouble ? and what did you do to fix the trouble???that sort of stuff ///please respond thanks your buddy Chip!
p.s.please be patient with me on the photos, of my collards I promise to add them as soon as I can /also I post my leopard lizard as well.
p.p.s.also check this out I’ve been capturing the wyoming state lizard wich is a sagebrush lizard or blue belly/and I’m going to try farming these little raskals and see I can’t get a sucessful breeding out of them/ !I will post pics of them as well! seeya CHip!

Cool My fence lizard eggs are going to be hatching in a month or so.
For my water and humidity I have a peanut butter lid filled to the top which doesn’t raise humidity above 30-45% but the lizards can still fit in it to soak even though they don’t I feed them as much as they will eat 5 times a week since when I bought them they were skinny like my male notice his tail

who was really in bad shape here he is now

I use one 75 and one 100 watt light bulb with a 10.0 UV light which I replace once every 10 months The only trouble I ran into was getting my female collared to eat something other than crickets so I tried moths now she is my best eater.

I personally don’t thank feeding cat food to collared lizards is a good idea because it’s packaged and has a lot of fat in it

It will take 40-60 days to hatch 80= girls 82=mix and 84= male wouldn’t suggest incubating above 82 I’ve kept my humidity between 70%-80% don’t go above 80% or mold will grow supplies for an incubator you’ll need a plastic bin about 1 1/2 foot long by 6 inches wide perlite and pour perlite to fill bin halfway then add water until humidity is at 70-75% and then open lid once a week for air exchange. Tip put a humidity gauge in the incubator so you’ll know when to add water.
p.s. don’t pour water from cup use a mister.

oh and chip I just read your post on frilled dragons about letting him eat wild bugs which is fine just never let him eat wild grasshoppers because they will usually have a lot of nasty stuff on and inside them that could kill your lizard. talk to ya later
