Pinkie mouse Does anyone feed pinkies? I tried today but my guy showed no interest. Two problems i think: the mouse had been frozen and didnt move, my guy is also kind of small 2yrs old and about 8 inches long with tail. I think the previous owner (a teacher who had him as a classroom pet, and almost killed him) really stunted his growth.

Pinkie mouse They dont anymore because you stopped feeding them pinkies or you stopped feeding them pinkines becasue they stopped eating them?
Has anyone else tried this?

Pinkie mouse yeah im guessing it needs to be alive and moving. when I held it with the tweezers he wanted to eat it but didnt. when it stopped moving he didnt care. I dont think we have any place around here that sells live pinkies. oh well i tried.

Pinkie mouse
well you could always farm your mice/start with mother a father ///etc.etc.//if you dust your crickets good then you shouldn’t have to feed pinkies ///thge only reason to feed your collard pinkies is for the calcium.hope this helps CHIP!

Pinkie mouse i dont feed crix. he wont eat them. worms mealies, waxies even fishing worms (not often). I have always liked to feed my animals a variety of foods. I dont think it would be worth it to farm the mice, at least not to me since i dont even know if he will eat them. thanx
