If you go to Godaddy.com you can purchase a domain name and for around $80 purchase their website templates programs. I have set up a couple for around $150 each. You can also set up email boxes and fully manage them.

You can get freebie web-sites on Yahoo Geocities, ASP, etc
...as far as for a company I beleive you need to purchase one of the upgrade packages...
If you go to one of the mentioned websites, I am sure there is a FAQ section, or a contact link.
