 Need help with uploading pictures

every time i try to upload them on here it saids it is to large plz help i want to put some pictures of my RTB on here

Don’t even bother with the photo server here, it has lots of problems usually. What most of us do is download our pics to a photobucket account, then find the pic you want and select the img code. That is it.
