 Help me with these pictures

i have tried and tried again but i cannot get pictures onto this website i have followed all the rules i am only trying to put 1 picture on her but when i click submit it sais my file is to big it’s saying my file size is like 1201023 what am i doing wrong is it my camera or....

on mine i have to right click the picture then go to open with then i do microsoft photo editor and go to image and resize then make it like 45 or 50
