Escapee question
I have my doubts about this method of catching them and have a few questions .. 1 - Do they actually work has anyone used them ? 2 - Does the bottle need to be on heat pad or tape to work or does it help ? 3 and the dumbest question lol ... will they be able to smell the mouse if it is inside the bottle or does it have to be up in the funnel part half hanging in and out ? thanks in advance ... silly little buggers are hard to find lol |

But, just in case, can some one explain the method you are talking about here, or direct me to a page that has an illustration? |

take a 2Litre bottle of pop .. cut the top of it off right where it no longer tapers.. turn the top back inside to make a funnel ... put mouse inside tape funnel in place works apparently on the theory the snake will have problems finding the hold out and bu stuck in there. this is a similar illustration http://elkhorn.unl.edu/epublic/live/g1447/build/graphics/g1447-4.jpg |

Also, how about if you incorporated some sort of plastic strips that would readily bend inward toward the mouse or bait but not back out? |
