How many times do you get your snake and hold it Okay first off how long have you had this snake and how many times have you fed him/her? Also how big/old is it? If you have only had it for a short while (like 1 week) then you shouldnt be holding it but maybe once a day if that for the first 7-10 days to give it time to settle into its new home. But if you have had it for more then 1-2 weeks and have fed it atleast 2-3 times then it should have pooped by now. I know that some times with mine if i feed them a small meal they wont poop until about two days after i feed them again. (i usually feed hatchling every 4-6 days)

How many times do you get your snake and hold it Probably a few times a week (if that). I don’t like to bother him all that much. If he looks like he is trying to escape I’ll bring him out for a bit.

How many times do you get your snake and hold it 3 times a day?!?! I bet your snake is super stressed!! Hold him for 15 mins max probably 3-4 times a WEEK. Anything over that is really not too good for them!

How many times do you get your snake and hold it I usually don’t hold mine a whole lot. I only have 2 right now, but the female is youngest and always seems to be digesting or in blue or something that prevents me from holding her. Her tank is right next to me on my desk, so I can look in and see her al day long, and she comes over to the glass from time to time and somtimes when she is hungry she will follow my finger along the glass! Just looking at them is usually enough for me, though I do hold them when it’s feeding time, picture time, cleaning time or I have company over and they want to hold them. My big guy doesn’t get held very often either but only because it is such a pain in the butt to get him out of his tank. He’s so long that he always wraps himself up in teh plants or buries himself or something and makes it nearly impossible to get him out without completely destroying the cage so he doen’t normally get held. If he is out cruising around the tank and I can get to him before he ducks inside a hide or something then I will hold him for no reason, but other than that he only gets held when I need to hold him, like Sophie my youngster.
When I first got Bagoas a little over 2 years ago I wanted to hold him like non stop, and it was so hard to only hold him once a day, or to even stop peering into his cage to see him and stuff just like you, but it passes and as your snake grows you won’t want to hold it as much.

How many times do you get your snake and hold it Ours only gets held when she is about to eat or her tank is getting cleaned. She is out moving around her tank all the time and that’s good enough for me.

How many times do you get your snake and hold it I hold my 4-5 month old corn at least once a day if he isn’t shedding or I just fed him. Sometimes he will be happy and just sit in my hands while I watch T.V. Altough I don’t see how holding them 3 times a day is going to hurt them.

How many times do you get your snake and hold it Its not going to physically hurt the snake if you hold it 3 times a day but it will mentally stress the snake right out if you hold it more than once a day, and that can lead to alot of problems later on down the road when all that stress builds up. I’d have to say once aday at most i hold mine about 3 times a week at most.

How many times do you get your snake and hold it two of mine anywhere form 3 times day to 2 times week depending on how they acting. and other one a grey rat 1-3 times week. she more agressive andf lets know when not want out. and lets know when wantys out. other two let know in dif ways if not want out. but considering how long you had ur snake i would say shouldnbt handle that much. if i recall correcltly ou having trouble gettin git to eat. stress form to much handling is a good possibility. shopuldnt handle snake 10-14 days after getting it so can adjust. some snakes are dif. when doing water changs mine would reach up and crawl onto shirt and hang out. and other one would get stressed hide. so exceptions to rule but since urs isnt eating id suggest leave it be for while

How many times do you get your snake and hold it Yeah, Demon, I understand how exciting getting a new Corn is; when I first got mine I wanted to hold her all the time. But especially the first week or so you really should let the snake settle in. And even after he/she is comfortable in his/her new home, try to limit handling to a few times a week, and you should definitely not hold him/her after feeding.

How many times do you get your snake and hold it Gah, sorry, just realized I lectured you about something you specifically said you didn’t do; keep up the no-handling-after-feeding then. :)
