My son tells me that all the time... well more like... "when do I get to play with My snake?" - LoL I have My own :o) He is only 8 yrs old, and very excitable, and we have BPs. So, being that they stress easily, and he wants to show Everyone our snakes.... I limit how much interaction he gets... Been getting more lately, but still limited With the shed left on the tail - Never Pull it off - this can damage new scales underneith. The way you did it was ok, but try upping the humidity a little next time you see signs ofshedding :o) Humidity should be a constant 40%-50%, can up it to 60% or 65% next tme, if need be. Any new pics? |

You said pics this weekend - LoL Also, with the "live prey" are you switching from f/t? If so why? When the prey items get bigger (ableto move around, and have bigger teeth), you Must Never leave a Live feeding Unattended... this can leave the snake fall prey to the prey. I have seen Too Many pics of snakebeing Chewed on from irresponsible live feeding! (if you’d like to see a pic, I have one - Not My Snake - just a pic I found) Not to mention, depending on where you live, live may be hard to find, and you will have to be able to House and Feed it... if the snake refuses! |
