 Strange bumps...

I was cleaning my adult corns cage last night and found something very strange...When I picked him up to clean the cage...I noticed that down on either side of his cloaca there were 2 bumps. So it almost looked like he had hips. Anyone have this happen on their snakes? Is it possibly an infection? Or just his spurs?

Oh, and he is supposedly a male...but I haven’t positively probed him myself...

From the description you posted, it sounds like those "Bumps" are his Hemipenes(However it’s spelled).
They are his reproductive organs. Unless the "bumps" are above his cloaca, i have no idea what that may be. If it concerns you it should probably be seen by a vet. Hope that helps.

Yeah I knew that, I just wondered if maybe they had become inflamed for some reason...but he’s still acting totally normal so I’m not too worried about it.

"He" Might be a female because the same thing happened to my friends female snake and it was an egg
sideways in its belly, or, how long ago did you feed it before that happened? because it could be its food sideways too.
