Piggy Corn Snake refuses a meal

I have an amelanistic(albino) 08’ corn snake and it has never, ever, in its entire life with me, reject a meal. Today, i tried to feed it on its normal schedule, and it refused. It is in its shedding phase but it would still eat when in shedding phase. Its eating f/t fuzzies.

 I Wouldn’t Worry . . .

Snakes eating in shed is an individual thing; I have two snakes (a bull and a king) that will, but the only reason they get fed is because I have a hard time noticing whether they’re about to shed because they don’t undergo the color change my other snakes do.

With my two milk snakes, often the first clue I get that they’re going into shed mode is when they refuse a meal . . .

Their appetites always return the day after they finishing shedding . . .

My boas eat in shed, out of shed...they have not refused a meal in AGES The female did refuse one meal, and was slow to eat two others when I used to take her out of her enclosure to feed. Once I started not handling her before eating she has NEVER refused a meal. My male Boa is a pig. Never missed one, not even in full blown blue.

Corn snakes though tend to be a little fussier eaters Ive noticed.
Especially younger ones.
