 Odd behavior

My 4 year old Anery Corn, Jake has taken to some strange behavior... He presses about 6 inches of himself from his head down on the side of the tank and will stay in that position for a while. (If I had to guess how long, I’d say up to ten minutes) And sometimes he will push his face into the corner of the tank, appearing like he is trying to burrow. Any thoughts on what is going on?

I usually just keep him on paper towels.... sometimes I will use Aspen Snake Bedding.

It sounds normal, hes probably just about to shed...
If not he may want to burrow try putting aspen in some corners or something if you
do not want aspen in the whole tank...

Could he be too hot? Trying to press against the cool glass or escape the heat.Just a thought.
