 "He" is a "She"....

So I got Casper sexed last night and as the title states, he’s a she... So now I’m thinking up new names for her... ^_^ Oh and she IS a ghost morph and she should be eatting fuzzies, which I picked up for her last night.

Any name ideas? I have been tossing around Banshee and Savianna (Savi for short)...

We (myself, the Hubs, and her Fairy Snakemother) have decided on Banshee.... I’ll be saving the name Casper for down the road when I get my blizzard/whiteout male corn snake.... :)

Its funny because my daughter and I were having a similar conversation the other day. I also have a ghost corn named Casper. I bought him from someone whom also sold me a female albino corn. Both adults. Well he has never refused a meal even during breeding season while Daisy the girl gives up food for a few months during. Casper is really fat while Daisy whom is older is thinner. They were housed together. I told my daughter hmmm I wonder is Casper is really the girl? She said if he is I would have to change his name and I said why should I? There are boys named Ashley and girls named Cody (which is my sons name). Casper can be a girls name!!! I won’t be changing its name he/she is Casper the friendly ghost. :) As for Daisy she will have to be whoopsie Daisy or Marbles( I am always losing my marbles)

I’m glad that I know how to sex snakes myself so that I can check before naming them haha. I have a snow named Phoenix and I had named her before I learned how to. Whenever I did learn, I was praying that she was really a girl. It would have broke my heart if she had turned out being a boy. But she’s definatly female so all is good. As for the names, I really like both of the names, especially Banshee. I think it’s perfect, seeing as your snake is a female, and she is a ghost morph lol. Goodluck with naming.
