Frozen thawed mice are best, live mice can accutly kill your snake!

Yes frozen thawed are best for snakes but some only take live.
To thaw out the mouse get hot water and drop it in and wait 5-10 mins and by then it should be nice and defrosted ready to eat.
But don’t put in boiling water just hot and never defrost in the microwave as this will cause the mouse to explode!

I would say defrosted mice are preferable, and I think 99% of the corns take to frozen just fine.

*LOL* I agree that defrosted mice would be preferable to frozen ones. Corn snakes are really good eaters. I have 8 now and have had others in the past and all of them eat frozen/thawed well.

I agree with all, frozen - defrosted is best.
