you can find out the sex of a young snake it is called popping i do not recommend you try and do it your self, it should only be done by someone that knows how maybe the herp person at the store or a herp vet.

Uh i just got a snake myself so im not sure.. but i read a book and theres a way of putting light pressure from the tail towards the vent. youll see the genitalia. but yea i dont know how much snake like being felt up so i wouldnt try it. theres also a difference with how high up their vents are and how thick there tail is or something along those lines. the person i bought my snake from said he cant be sure but he thinks its female because of comparisons so.. yea i dunno dont take my word for it

u can tell ffrom the size and shape of the tail.
male= long thin pointy
female=fat rounded
