What am I doin wrong
Can anybody tell me wat i am doing wrong. The female crix usually die befor the week is even over. It is kinda strange is that I found a black female cricket outside during the summer, put it in a container of sand all by itself, and laid eggs instantly. |

Secondly if you want to breed them check they are adult (have wings) and that you have both sexes (with and without the ovipositor) I would remove the egg carton from ontop of the laying tray and put it to one side of the container so the top of the laying tray is clear of obstruction. Keep them at 25C+. You don’t need to mist them but adding some fresh fruit and / or veg is a good idea. |
