I use a 60Watt bulb for heat and i use cut up apples for food. For a substates i use hamster food that is a mixture of seeds, hamster food and stuff like that. Change food ever 2 days. Clean the dead crickets out every day or the crickets can get a disease. If you got any more questions please ask.
