Found a good way to breed crickets

In a medium size tubber ware bowl in it place dirt and water it down so its mud........put it in the tank keep the tank nice and warm.......keep the dirt nice and moist........soon you will see mommy crickets laying eggs and in 7 to 14 days you will have baby crickets.....they are hard to see......to water my crickets I have a chick waterer with sponges around it..........there in a 55 gallon tank with a screen top......with lots of hides.....I put a fake branchs leaves in the mud so that the crickets can get out easily.....
GOOD LUCK

Hmmm... First off, Yes, That will breed mould. Second, The baby crickets won’t live long because adults will eat them off. Your going to have to seperate them into a seperate container. Also, The babies will get stuck in the mud most likely. And lastly, How are you going to clean it out? Take every cricket out and plus the babies?

Why don’t you just use the bare bottom of the tank? Put a small petre dish in the container with moist dirt in it and the crickets will lay there eggs in that. That way, the eggs can be safely transported to another container.

Well seeing as how I have been breeding them for about 5 months with no short in my supplie of crickets i must be doing something right and they are on paper towels and like i posted the mud is in bowls its working great and guess what NO MOLD
to clean out the cage I simply pick the paper towel and shake it and since the dirt is in bowels i can take them out and change them to!

And yes a 20 will work!
