What are some good kinds of cricket food I can get straight from the fridge?

-moist dog or cat food
-vegetables
-potatoes
-apples
-carrots
-other fruits
-etc mainly i use friuts and vegies for moisture and food........=D

thanks...ive mostly been cutting up baby carrots and putting them with the crickets....i just wanted to see what else i could feed them incase i didn’t have one of the others.

I feed my crickets fish food flakes, as well as gut load. Oh I don’t know if any one put potatoes wedges, but they love ’um.
