 Mites on Baby crickets

Hello,
how can I control mites on baby crickets?
I am finding that one batch of our baby crickets have small mites on them. Most of them are on the heads but those crickets with the worse infestations have them all over. they look like the smooth backed brown Varroa mites that are infesting bees these days. I notice that there are some crickets are free of them and some are almost completely covered. The badly infested crickets are prone to hang out on the potatoes provided - perhaps due to dehydration caused by the blood sucking mites.
Any Ideas
