When your pet eats the crickets, they also intake that gut load nutrition. Gut loading takes about 24 hours before feeding your monitor the crickets. I’m not certain with what your monitor needs for nutrition, but if you know, shop around for it. I’m sure they supply it as a cricket food/gut loader. LLLreptile.com has quite a bit of products to offer.
