 Cricket babies

I think I posted this once in the wrong place. Oops! I have discovered some wriggly things in the substrate of my cricket tank. I assumed they were baby crickets or larva but now understand that the babies are like mini adults. These are the same colour but longer and more wriggly and seem to like burrowing in the substrate. As the tank has a lid and the substrate was sterile I am wondering what on earth these things can be? Can anyone help please?

They are dark brown and look a bit like an earwig without the spikes. They are about 3 - 4 milimeters long. Yes they do look like larva, but I thought crickets did not go through a larva stage.

Sounds like a silverfish. I usually get them in my monitor lizard enclosure.....they dig and burrow in the dirt.

when i used 2 raise crickets i saw the same exact thing. i dont know if its anything to worry about. when i saw them i assumed it was the crickets crawling their way out of the eggs and squirming.

They came from your cricket supplier. They are harmless & will even eat dead crickets & sheds.
