 How to get started?

You probably want to make some decisions such as how many do you want to raise, how much space do you have, and how much money you want to put into it.

You will need to have a breeding tub, egg laying dish, and raising tubs. You must be able to provide heat to maintain temperatures around 90°F. I use about 600 watts of incandescent lights to heat my 8ftx2ftx4ft insulated box. My box can hold two large breading tubs (58 quarts) and 10 smaller raising tubs. You can find a detailed description of the egg laying dishes I use in the HOLY CRAP I NEED MORE HELP?!?... posted recently by Dntrshn4get2fsh.

There are a lot of good on line resources, but this forum is the best that I have found. You get feedback from people, who have the experience and knowledge your looking for when you have a question. Take a look at these websites and their links for more detailed information. Good Luck.
