 THE MOST DISGUSTING?!?!?!?!

can crickets actually engorge themselves to the point that they die? same goes for water. because i found a cricket completely bloated on the potatoe and it was dead. i also found 2 next to the water dish and nothing but water was leaking out of their mouths ill try and get a ppicture up

After a couple of weeks of laying eggs and breeding the adults will just die of old age. My old dead crickets are usually pretty plump. I have also notice the dead crickets ooze from the mouth and stick to the bottom of my tube sometimes. I’m not sure if its the same thing your talking about, but it might be.

As soon as I put my crickets in the frog tank, a lot of them go to the water and hold their heads under! Its gross because I have to pick them out of the water.
