 I haven’t been on in forever! *Question too about my crabs*

I have two crabs, Bahaya (Sp?) and Honda... which I got from Bahaya Honda

Anyway, someone suggested I paint their shells in the cage so that when they molt they will have a pretty shell... or for whatever reason... Is this ok? Is the paint toxic to them in any way? I just need to know over all.

Unless she’s right...Which, im not really sure... don’t people hand-paint shells for hermit crabs?

Ho Yea! People do it all the time! I used to do it, you just don’t want to do it when the crab is still in the sell (go figure) IT would also be safe to say. Make sure its non-toxic.
