 Crayfish?

A ten gallon should be fine, they usually get about 5 inches and can live for about 4-5 years. Make sure there’s gravel for it to burrow and plenty of places to hide like caves. They’ll rip up any plants you have and love to redecorate, but that’s just part of the fun of having them :)
They eat algae disks, shrimp pellets, fish flakes, blood worms, and pretty much anything else you’re willing to give them.

 Crayfish?

I would Say about 3/4 filled, the cray fish i had always found a way out of their tank! I sure the climbed the filter of propelled them self’s off the bottom and shot out. They were found all over the house, i had three. One was climbing the stars somehow and another was I’m my moms boyfriends closet, and the last one managed to get outside on the paido! ONE VERY IMPORTANT RULE OF KEEPING CRAWDADS IS TO HAVE A SECURE WEIGHED DOWN LID OR THEY WILL GET OUT!!!!Good luck if you have any other question please ask me, I’m always here

 Crayfish?

Sounds good. Before I knew crayfish were escape artists, we had that open filter area too, then one day the crayfish was gone and I looked everywhere and couldn’t find it. Then about three months later we found it dead under my parents’ bed, you can bet my mom was just thrilled to see that there lol.
But at least now I know what they’re capable of so it won’t happen again.
